HgLab is a software product which available for a full-featured 45-day evaluation. To continue using it you'll need to purchase a license key.
Licenses are delivered electronically via email. After you place your order, you'll receive an email containing your invoice, and another email with your license key. You can then paste this license key into your HgLab server. The emails usually arrive within a few minutes but could take longer. If you haven't received your license key in 24 hours, contact us at sales@hglabhq.com and we'll track it down for you.
Perpetual with a yearly maintenance renewal. Your license key allows you to use any release of HgLab that was available when you purchased the key, as well as any future releases (bug fixes, enhancements, new features, etc.) for 12 months from the date of purchase. After that 12 months, you can continue to use the version you have forever, or you can choose to renew your license key for another 12 months to continue getting updates. By renewing annually, you help us to continue to innovate and add new features to the product.
Renewals are available for a futher 12 months at a 20% discount.
All orders are covered by our 30-days, no-questions-asked money back policy. If you aren't happy with the software, email us at sales@hglabhq.com and we'll refund the order. We don't want your money if you aren't completely satisfied with our product.
We take your security seriously, and accepting credit card payments is serious business. Instead of processing your order details ourselves, we rely on our reseller, FastSpring LLC, a US company. FastSpring specializes in safe, secure Internet sales and fulfillment, and they are fully PCI-DSS compliant.
